Cancellation Policy

📋 Booking & Late Arrival Policy To respect the time of all clients and ensure the best possible service: 🔹 Booking Requirements A non-refundable deposit of $10 is required to secure your appointment. This will go toward your total service cost. Please arrive 5 minutes early to fill out any necessary forms and begin on time. 🔹 Late Arrival Policy If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be shortened or rescheduled, and your deposit may be forfeited. Arrivals 20+ minutes late will be considered a no-show and charged [50%] of the service fee. 🔹 Rescheduling & Cancellations Please give at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or changes. Less than 24 hours notice may result in a fee or loss of deposit. Thank you for understanding and respecting my time and other clients’ appointments.
